Tapah Perwira Housing is a Special Programme provided by the Perak state government to prioritize the Former members of the Malaysian Armed Forces and the Royal Malaysian Police bodies. Located at Tapah Road closed to the Tapah Road train station and UiTM Tapah Campus.

Tapah Perwira Housing is a Non Bumi status (Open Market).

The buyer prioritization will be based on the category as per below:

• Former members of the Malaysian Armed Forces and the Royal Malaysian Police who still do not own a house or any land in Malaysia.

• Widow or widower or second generation who is the legal heir to a former member of the Malaysian Armed Forces or the Royal Malaysian Police who still does not own a house or any land in Malaysia.

• Members of the Malaysian Armed Forces and the Royal Malaysian Police who are serving and do not yet own a house or any land in the State of Perak.

• Members of the Malaysian Armed Forces and the Royal Malaysian Police who are still serving and who wish to purchase a second home for the purpose of being owned and inhabited by children or the second generation (legal heirs) who are married but still living with the staff of the Malaysian Armed Forces and the Royal Malaysian Police.

• If there are still housing units (which are completed and have a Certificate of Occupancy) but still not sold, then the offer will be extended to all staff from Uniformed Bodies and Civil Servants with low household income from RM7,000.00 per month who are still serving.

**Participant Eligibility
Participants must be registered with LPHP and eligible under the above categories. For those who have registered with LPHP and selected by the District Level Participant Selection Committee.

**The priority of this type A unit is for veteran members of the Army and the Police.

Other Conditions Requirement:

• All home sale and purchase agreements between the developer and the buyer shall
provided by LPHP Penal Counsel or other selected attorneys
by the buyer

• The Transfer of Ownership Form (Form 14A) must be signed by LPHP.
